NC Story

The Beginning
Founded in founded in a small church in Blaine, Minnesota in 2011 by two Christian public school teachers and their husbands, New Creations Child Care was created to provide a nurturing, faith-centered environment for children.
The Vision
With several years of experience running an in-home daycare, they envisioned a childcare center that would not only offer high-quality education but also instill strong values, encourage spiritual growth, and foster a sense of community.
The Goal
Their goal was to create a fun, faith-filled, and engaging space where children could thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively while being surrounded by love, care, and Christian principles.
The Commitment
Committed to serving families in the community, New Creations Child Care continues to provide a safe, enriching, and supportive foundation for children to grow, learn, and develop in a warm and faith-driven atmosphere.
The Present
For over a decade, thousands of families in Minnesota and Iowa have loved New Creations’ childcare program. We have grown to 17 locations in Minnesota and 3 in Iowa.
Thank You & The Future

NC Culture: The Children

Biblical Virtues
At our faith-based childcare center grounded in Biblical principles, the culture we cultivate for the children is one of love, kindness, and respect.
Made by God
From the moment they enter, children are immersed in an environment where we teach them to see themselves and others as uniquely created and deeply valued.
Bible Stories
Storytelling from the Bible introduces them to concepts of compassion, forgiveness, and sharing. Interactions between children are guided by principles like "love your neighbor as yourself," encouraging them to be empathetic, helpful, and considerate of their peers' feelings.
Play
Playtime becomes an opportunity for us to help them practice these values, with our staff gently guiding them in resolving conflicts through understanding and reconciliation, mirroring Biblical teachings on peacemaking.
Rooted in Faith
The atmosphere is one of warmth and security, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging children to develop a strong moral compass rooted in faith.

NC Culture: The Families

Support
For our parents, the culture of our Biblical-based childcare center offers a supportive partnership in their child's spiritual and moral development.
Communication
Open communication is highly valued, with our staff regularly sharing insights into the day's activities and how Biblical principles are being integrated into the curriculum.
Participation
Parents are often invited to participate in center events, fostering a strong sense of community and shared values. They can find comfort in knowing that their children are being cared for in an environment that reinforces the values they teach at home.
Extension of Faith
Our center often acts as an extension of their family's faith, providing resources and support that strengthen their own spiritual journey and their ability to nurture their children's faith.
Trust and Collaboration
This creates a sense of trust and collaboration, knowing that our childcare center is an ally in raising their children with a strong foundation in Biblical teachings.

Our Ministry
We see our work not just as a job, but as a ministry, approaching each day with patience, love, and a desire to nurture the holistic development of the children in our care.
Collaboration and Support
Biblical teachings on servant leadership guide our approach, emphasizing humility, empathy, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Collaboration and mutual support are key aspects of our staff culture, as we work together to create a consistent and nurturing environment for the children.
Constant Learning
Professional development often includes opportunities to deepen our understanding of child development alongside theological reflection, ensuring we are equipped to provide high-quality care that is both developmentally appropriate and Biblically sound.
Uplifting Environment
Our shared faith creates a strong bond among our staff, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment where we can encourage and pray for one another.

NC Community

Rooted in Community: Growing Hearts and Hands Together
We believe that nurturing young hearts extends beyond our classroom walls. We are deeply committed to being an active and positive presence in our community, fostering compassion, service, and a sense of belonging in our children and families.
We actively participate in local events and partner with organizations that share our values, providing opportunities for our children to learn the importance of giving back and being a light in the world.
Our involvement takes many forms, from joyful participation in local parades where we can share our spirit and connect with neighbors, to supporting local food shelves by collecting donations and teaching our children about caring for those in need. These experiences are invaluable in shaping their understanding of community and their role within it.
The Heart Behind Our Community Engagement
For us, participating in these activities isn't just about being present; it's about living out our faith in tangible ways. We believe in the power of collective action and the importance of instilling in our children a heart for service and generosity. By engaging with local churches and Christian organizations like Feed My Starving Children, we provide opportunities for our children to witness and participate in meaningful acts of kindness and compassion.
These experiences teach valuable lessons about empathy, gratitude, and the impact we can have on the lives of others. Whether it's packing meals for children around the world or contributing to our local food shelf, these activities help our children understand that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Furthermore, these partnerships strengthen our connection with the wider faith community and reinforce the values we teach within our center.
Join Us in Making a Difference!
We believe that community engagement is a journey best shared. We encourage our parents and families to join us in these enriching experiences.
There are many ways to get involved and partner with us in making a positive impact:
Parade Participation: We often welcome families to walk with us in local parades, helping us decorate our banner, wave to the crowds, and share the joy of our center with the community. Keep an eye out for announcements about upcoming parades and how you can join in the fun!
Food Shelf Donations: Throughout the year, we organize collections for local food shelves. You can contribute non-perishable food items with your child, making it a tangible lesson in sharing and caring for others.
Volunteer Opportunities: When we participate in events with organizations like Feed My Starving Children or local church initiatives, we often need adult volunteers. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve alongside your child and other families from our center. We will share information about these opportunities as they arise.
Sharing Your Connections: If you have connections with local organizations or initiatives that align with our values and mission, we would love to hear from you! Your insights and connections can help us further expand our community involvement.
We believe that by working together, we can create a stronger, more compassionate community for our children to grow and thrive in. Please don't hesitate to reach out to [Contact Person/Office] if you have any questions or would like to learn more about how you can get involved!
