Meet Kayla, our dedicated Site Director at the New Creations Child Care in Lino Lakes! Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Communication Studies from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and is an active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state. Before joining the New Creations family, she spent five years as a case manager, working with youth and adults with mental health and developmental disabilities. Kayla has been working in childcare for the past 4.5 years.
Kayla believes that children are our future and finds it incredibly rewarding to witness their development and share in their laughter and learning each day.
Outside of work, Kayla cherishes her time with her wonderful husband and their two daughters, who she considers her greatest blessings. They also have a red lab named Remy. As a family, they enjoy spending time at their family cabins, camping in their camper, and connecting with friends and family. We are so happy to have Kayla leading our team in her hometown.
