Site Director
Julia is the wonderful Site Director at our brand-new Waconia location. She has a bachelor's degree from Saint Scholastica and has been working in childcare for over four years.
She loves seeing how quickly children grow and having an impact on their lives. Julia loves building individual relationships to provide the children with the best quality of care she can!
When she is not at a center, Julia enjoys creative writing, audiobooks, singing and making bracelets.
Her favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your
God will be with you wherever you go."
Julia is the devoted Classroom Development Director at our brand-new Waconia location. She has a degree in Education from Crown College and has been working in childcare for more than 20 years.
She loves helping children discover their passions and gifts they can bring to the world. Lauren is passionate about creating fun and educational classroom environments, as well as implementing New Creation's curriculum in new and engaging ways!
When she is not at a center, Lauren enjoys reading, painting, drawing, and spending time running or hiking outdoors.
Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 9:22
"Jesus turned and saw her. 'Take heart, daughter,' he said, 'your faith has healed you."

Our fully accredited curriculum is written in house and includes activities such as music, art, reading, sensory, and science. We make sure every child will be fully ready for Kindergarten!

Our indoor and outdoor learning spaces provide a safe place to run, jump, play, and learn. We understand this is an important part of each child’s learning and development.
Our Food Program
Our food program includes breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack at no additional cost.
With your child's health in mind, we follow USDA and state guidelines for portions and nutrition. With their happiness in mind, we make sure they are always trying new, fun, and flavorful options!
