Site Director
Hayley is our wonderful site director here at our Burnsville location! She has been in the childcare industry for over 20 years and has worked with all ages from Infants to School Age.
With a degree in Early Childhood Education, Hayley is passionate about working with children, parents, and staff to create a safe, loving, and faith-based home away from home!
When Hayley is not at the center, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching her play lacrosse and other sports, traveling, listening to live music, and enjoying some Minnesota Lake Life!
Hayley's favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Amaya is our devoted Classroom Development Director here at our Burnsville location. Amaya comes to New Creations with over 10 years of experience!

Amaya was inspired to go into childcare at a young age by her grandmother and great aunt. She loves to take part in the growth of children in her classroom.
​
When Amaya is not in a center, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, hiking and dancing.
​
Her favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[i] have been called according to his purpose."

Our food program includes breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack at no additional cost.
