Site Director
Meet Hayley, our experienced and dedicated Site Director at New Creations Child Care in Burnsville! With over 25 years of working with children in various settings and holding degrees in Early Childhood Education and as a Paraprofessional, Hayley brings a wealth of expertise to our center.
Hayley is passionate about helping children grow into kind and knowledgeable individuals, ready to impress their kindergarten teachers! She also values strong partnerships with families, embracing the opportunity to be part of their support system.
Outside of work, Hayley loves living the lake life with her daughter. They enjoy weekend getaways, traveling, surprise visits with cousins, and their cherished weekly mommy-daughter girls' nights. Originally from Buxton, ND, Hayley lived in Texas for five years before moving to Minnesota to be closer to family when her daughter was young. While they love being near friends and family, they do miss the Texas sunshine and variety of experiences! We are thrilled to have Hayley leading our Burnsville team.
